Return Policy

Inkubook is committed to helping you create a product that will make you happy, and the craftsmanship of the printed and bound product is guaranteed. If you receive a product that is damaged or is defectively assembled, please contact support@inkubook.com within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the package and we will assist you with obtaining a replacement copy.
 
The Inkubook return policy is applicable only to issues in the quality of the product's assembly, so before placing your order, please carefully review the following three things:
 
• Inkubook does not provide any editorial services on the products you create. We don't copy edit, proofread, or redesign anything. This includes spelling errors, typographical errors, misplaced punctuation, incomplete text, or poorly laid-out pages. You should check and double-check (maybe even triple-check) your item before you start the ordering process, because if you've spelled "Uncle Tommy" as "Unkel Tomy" in all your captions, it'll be that way when your item arrives at its destination.
• Images that are poor quality (such as images that are the incorrect resolution or are out of focus) when you upload them and place them in your project will not be fixed during the printing process. Images will be reproduced at the same quality you provide them. Remember that the recommended resolution for your photos is 300 pixels per inch (or 300 dpi).
• Your file is delivered immediately to the printer, which means the printed product is delivered to you in the shortest amount of time possible, but it also means that we are unable to cancel any orders. Orders are final as soon as the Buy button is clicked.
